There is no harm in trying. When you've hurt someone and you still want to make up, you should do more than say 'I am sorry for hurting you' or 'I have changed, please forgive me'. Action speaks louder than words. In fact, before you say words like you are sorry, you should prove yourself worthy of the relationship. You should take a U-turn. And do not give the impression that you are pretending but be serious this time. Then after that, it will be easier to confront her and tell her you still want her and she will be more inclined to accept you back.
