HOW TO UPLOAD THUMBNAIL SIZE OF IMAGE THAT IS (NOT MORE THAN 96KB) TO THE ATTESTATION LETTER PAGE IN THE: YOUTH AGRICULTURAL ENTREPRENEURS PROGRAMME (YAGEP) & SKILLS TRAINING AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROGRAMME (STEP) WEBSITE

1.       Sing your Signature on Paper

2.       Scan  the Signature you Sign and save it to you desktop

3 .      Open this link http://makethumbnails.com/#dropzone to covert it

4.       Drag your Signature to the site

5.       A Download box will come asking you to open or save

6.       Click on save option to download your THUMBNAIL image size that is not more than 96KB

7.       Go to your download forder and look for thumbnails Zip file and right click on it to extract it

8.       Click on extract file

9.       Click on desktop by your right hand side

10.     Click save settings

11.     Click on OK

12.     Go back to the site (ATTESTATION

page)and click on upload

13      Upload the thumbnails image you extract to your desktop.

14.     You are good to Go… Click next to continue
